Guns N' Roses will be playing in Winnipeg on Jan 13, and I was wondering if I could use this image of "The Bay" on Portage Avenue as the main image for a blog post about the show.

One motif I'm focused on is the WINDY element of Winnipeg, and I'm attracted to this picture beacuse of the way you've captured the dark stormy sky above the historic building.
