Garry Street.
Gotta hand it to the folks at Aqua Books--it's not every day that a small-business owner takes a chance on a building on Garry Street. And he went the extra mile too, lovingly renovating and restoring the space, resulting in a fantastic book-store/cafe combo.

I went there this summer while visiting Winnipeg and was blown away by what a neat place he's created.
the food is not the best. But I really like the location.
I've been told for months that I need to check this place out and now I regret I didn't go sooner. They have achieved what I always dreamed to do as a retirement business. Great job, great place, great food and great books! I can't wait to go back!
