Smith Street (built 1913).
The Marlborough ain't what it used to be, but there are still some incredible spaces inside, including this restaurant space along the Smith side of the building.

One of the most sadly neglected spaces downtown. At least it survives intact until someone with imagination and capital comes along.
I have a dim memory of going here for brunch maybe 20 years ago. Your photo has brought it back to me!
Nice, but try getting a cup of coffee in that cafe...
