Love the pics...however, this shot and the one above are Brooklands, not Weston :) ps- us Brooklanders are very sensitive about what side of Keewaitin were from.....Thanks for the memories!!
You're welcome. Walked up and down those tracks daily for over a decade. That area, many years ago was full of large families, multiple schools, corner stores, a rec center, community dances, a swimming pool, and had its own small town mentality. Everyone knew everyone. Sad to see it now, so abandoned. You captured it beautifully.
I want to echo what the previous commenter said. I too, walked that same set of tracks many, many times in the 70's and 80's and it's sad to see what has become of Brooklands. Beautiful composition, though. Too bad you couldn't have seen the place the way we remember it.
