The whole Osborne Village/Shopper's Drug Mart/Vi-Ann/Movie village fiasco is too depressing to even talk about, and has been discussed plenty on pretty much every other Winnipeg blog. So I'll stick with this photo, shot a couple of years ago in the Village.

I am going to miss Vi Ann and Movie Village so much. It was a sad day for the city when such a large company was allowed to do a huge expansion in our most independent neighborhood.
